Linda Wojas tells WMUR-TV (http://bit. ly/1VnZaMn ) that she filed the complaint on April eight, a small more than a week after Rockingham Superior Ct Judge Andrew Schulman ruled to return the firearm to its owner.

Pamela Smart'south mother has filed a complaint with the state Judicial Conduct Committee regarding a NH judge'south recent release of the gun used to murder Gregg Bright in 1990.

Linda Wojas tells WMUR-TV (http://bit. ly/1VnZaMn ) that she filed the complaint on April eight, a tiny more than a week after Rockingham Superior Ct Judge Andrew Schulman ruled to return the firearm to its owner.

The owner of the weapon is the father of Vance Lattime Jr., one of four teens who served prison time in connection with the murder of Smart's husband.

Wojas' complaint accuses Schulman of injecting his personal views into the case by "perpetuating the misleading narrative that's driven the hate-filled public in NH for my daughter."

Schulman'south office didn't reply to request for comment.
