A suburban Philadelphia woman says she'd "an out of body experience" when she allegedly left a shopping mall with a stranger'south 7-week-old baby.

Upper Merion Police Chief Thomas Nolan says tips poured in that led police to discover the baby unharmed at Amoore's apartment.

She's being held on $500.000 bail. It'south not clear if she's a lawyer to comment on her behalf.
