Gove Warns Of &#thirty-nine;Bogeyman' Tactics From In Camp

Out campaigner Michael Gove will set out his vision for the UK exterior of the EU later today, and is set to indict In supporters of "conjuring up new bogeymen every night".

The Justice Secretary will declare the Stay campaign "treats people love mere children, capable of being frightened into obedience".

He's also expected to attack a Treasury report, produced by George Osborne,

Mister Gove will propose the report, which includes estimates from the Office for Budget Responsibility on future net migration, is "an official admission" that voting to stay in the EU means "immigration will to continue to expand by hundreds of thousands year on year".

The MP will also argue that Britain will have number influence and will be outvoted by a powerful Eurozone obstruct on key economic issues.

He'll say: "If we vote to remain, the EU'south bosses and bureaucrats will get that as carte blanche to continue taking more power and money far from Britain … we'll be told by Brussels to 'close up and suck it up'."

Setting out a picture of the UK after leaving the EU, Mister Gove will declare a triumph for the Out camp in the referendum will be a "galvanising, liberating, empowering moment of patriotic renewal".

But the Vote Leave camp had a double blow latest night with both the National Farmers' Union (NFU) and the Royal College of Midwives (RCM) backing the argument to remain.

The NFU said: "On the balance of existing proof available to us at present, the interests of farmers are best served by our continuing membership of the European Union."

The organisation, which represents farmers across England and Wales, said it'd not be actively campaigning in the referendum and wouldn't tell its 55.000 members how to vote.

But a delighted David Cameron tweeted: "The NFU is clear tonight - British farmers are better off in a reformed European Union."

Meanwhile, the RCM said that the EU "protects and supports necessary safeguards both for the midwifery profession and the public".

The union added: "The EU has led to better working conditions, and will ensure these stay in place … remaining in the EU also helps to support safety in the NHS and promotes high standards among healthcare professionals."

And in the wake of the Out camp claiming on Friday that the EU budget could be diverted to give the NHS £350m a week, the RCM responds: "Membership of the EU helps the UK Government to have the money to invest in the NHS and other public services.

"It's the taxes that flow from a growing economy that pay for public services love the NHS. The economic turbulence that'd chase a UK exit from the EU would jeopardise this."
