Luke isn't pleased about it. The embattled singer’s former producer -- who's accused of sexually assaulting her -- took issue with the article’s version of his valid battle with Kesha -- so much so that he'd his lawyer release a lengthy statement refuting the claims.

Dr. Luke takes issue with Kesha's NY Times profile

Kesha got another boost in publicity this week thanks to a profile by the NY Times magazine, and Dr. Luke isn't pleased about it.

The embattled singer’s former producer -- who's accused of sexually assaulting her -- took issue with the article’s version of his valid battle with Kesha -- so much so that he'd his lawyer release a lengthy statement refuting the claims.

“The NY Times Magazine profile piece that ran unfortunately has many inaccuracies,” Dr. Luke’s attorney, Christine Lepera, said in a statement. “This article is portion of a continuing coordinated press campaign by Kesha to mislead the public, mischaracterize what's transpired over the latest two years, and gain unwarranted sympathy.”

Lepera’s statement also railed against Kesha’s claims that she's not means of earning money exterior of touring as “completely rebutted by well documented public Ct records which apparently escaped the article’s attention,” the statement reads.
